About the role
You will lead technical discovery with enterprise and public-sector teams, shape high-value engagements, and connect client outcomes to Sekoia’s research and engineering capabilities.
What you will do
- Lead executive and technical discovery for complex transformation programmes.
- Develop solution hypotheses, value cases, workplans, and commercial proposals.
- Coordinate research, product, security, and delivery stakeholders.
- Build trusted long-term relationships and expand successful programmes.
What you bring
- 7+ years in enterprise technology, deeptech consulting, or solution engineering.
- Strong fluency in AI, data platforms, cloud architecture, or advanced computing.
- Excellent written communication, workshop facilitation, and commercial judgment.
- Track record delivering multi-stakeholder technical programmes.
Helpful, not required
- Experience in energy, industrials, financial services, or government.
- Exposure to quantum computing programmes.
- Experience working across India and international markets.
How we hire
Our process typically includes a 30-minute introduction, a technical or role-focused conversation, a practical discussion based on real work, and a final conversation with Sekoia leadership. We do not use unpaid take-home assignments.
